Professional Education Manager
Royal Institute for Deaf and Blind Children (RIDBC) is Australia’s leading educator for children with a hearing or vision impairment. It seeks to close the gap between the life experiences of children with a sensory impairment, and those without, through research, education and specialised services.
You will design, manage and promote a world class Continuing Professional Education program to meet the needs of RIDBC personnel and special educators in the broader community. You will manage events and source speakers and experts from around the world. You will also liaise with a wide range of professional and vocational groups (including agencies involved in certification and training) in order to maintain knowledge of current educational trends.
Ideally you are a professional educator who understands service provision in hearing and vision impairment, along with the principles of adult learning. Alternatively you may currently be working within industry, education or associated sectors and your exceptional relationship development skills will be key to your success.
If you have a passion and commitment to life long learning, please contact Olivia Ryan on 02 8243 0570 or forward your resume to cv@ngorecruitment.com quoting # 30210.
