Chief Financial Officer

With businesses and investments spanning property, manufacturing, funds management and hospitality this group has remained strong over the last 18-24 months. Reporting to the Managing Director and with exposure to the Chairman, you will oversee the reporting across all the investments delivering clear and concise financial and management information. Other ‘internal’ responsibilities will include process improvement, evaluation of internal controls and review of investment performance. Externally, you will be involved in the review and analysis of potential and existing deals and liaise with brokers, bankers, lawyers and auditors.
You are professionally qualified (CA/CPA/CIMA) with a hands-on outcome focused approach and the experience or ability to operate within a small, discreet boutique environment. You could come from a variety of business sectors, but experience of investments/acquisitions will be highly regarded. Your ability to operate from the ‘top to bottom’ and get things done will be critical. Working with senior high profile investors and an interest in financial markets will also position you strongly for success.
